How to know the status of my delivery?

Ready status is defined as order is placed and being processed by Guardian Completed status is defined as order is packed and handed over to our 3rd party logistics partner. Our partner NJV will deliver your parcel on the day of your delivery date of choice and you will receive an SMS on the day of delivery.

Where can my order be delivered?

We can deliver your order to any address or you can also pick up your orders at selected available Guardian stores upon checkout.

How long does it take to get my orders delivered?

Please refer to the delivery date options available for your order at checkout. Our team is working hard to ensure orders your shipped to you in a timely manner.

How can I choose my preferred delivery time?

For home delivery service, you can choose the delivery date and time slot for your order at checkout. We offer the following time slots:
9.00am–6.00pm 6.00pm –10.00pm Please note that time slots and days are subject to availability and will be offered on a first-come-first served basis.

What should I do when the package is damaged upon delivery?

In the event that the delivered package is damaged, please indicate the damage on the Airway Bill upon signing off the package with our delivery provider.

How can I exchange or return my purchases?

If you were not satisfied with the item or made a wrong purchase, you may choose to get a refund or exchange within 7 days of purchase. Simply drop by any of the stores in Singapore to exchange or return your item. For all exchanges and returns, kindly bring the receipt and the item in its original packaging, the item should be in good condition. Please note that the delivery costs would not be refunded.

What if the item I ordered online is no longer available or out of stocks?

In the event if an item is cancelled due to out of stock, there will be no charge to your credit card and the items will not be replaced. You may click on the ‘Notify Me’ button to be notified once stock is available via your email and repurchase on our website.

Is the number of products I can purchase online limited?

Health Store is committed to delivering the best products and services to its customers when purchased for their own consumption, their family and their close friends. We have decided not to limit the number of items you can purchase online, however please note that big orders might be reviewed by Guardian management as and when needed. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors.
